Shipping policy
All orders are handmade and processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to covid, weather and other delays times may not be accurate. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks domestically and 3 - 6 weeks internationally.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $15 standard shipping Australia wide and free standard shipping on all orders over $80.
We offer $20 express shipping Australia wide.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Greenbank QLD 4124. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00am-1:00pm and 4:00pm-6:0pm Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer $20 tracked shipping to New Zealand and free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
We offer $30 express tracked shipping to New Zealand.
We offer $35 tracked shipping & $50 express tracked shipping to the rest of the world and free standard shipping on all orders over $120.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kyla May Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@kylamaydesigns.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
